"Everything that you do matters!"
Toni received her 200 certification in Hatha yoga and she also holds a 160 hour certification in Mindfulness Meditation. Her passions are using these two specialties to help people discover ways to make positive changes in their lives. Toni especially enjoys teaching calming and stress relieving practices such as Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga to those that may have challenges in their lives. She has seen first hand how yoga and meditation can positively change our lives and is here to guide and assist you on your journey to expressing the full and unique you.
