Jane's personal yoga journey began almost 20 years ago and intuitively she found her “home” on a yoga mat. Initially, the focus was on the physical benefits but as her love for yoga deepened, she discovered life changing transformations both personally and in relationships. Her practice gravitates toward Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram and a special appreciation for Yin. Yoga supports her well being physically, mentally and emotionally and it has grounded her through her most challenging life experiences. This led her to enroll and become certified in LifePower 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in 2012, which was a journey of self discovery, profound personal growth, and humility. Along with those came a big dose of courage and a desire to share her love of yoga with others. When Jane is not teaching, she loves practicing with her husband and daughter when she is home from college. She also enjoys weight training and eating whole foods to encourage balance and a healthy lifestyle. Jane's teaching style is grounded, challenging and restorative.
